Today received an Insider mail stating that my Arcade Points totalled 27 as of till December 3rd. However, upon verifying with official chat support, my account currently shows 45 points, which is accurate. Since December 3rd, I have completed activities worth 12 points, which should logically bring my total to 39 points as per the email. Yet, my profile reflects 45 points, which raises some confusion.
@Yugali I am kindly requesting clarification on whether this discrepancy is a common issue being faced by other users regarding Arcade Points in the Insiders program. If this is indeed an error from the Arcade team, I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed promptly.

The email reflects older arcade points because calculating the points for all users in the program takes time. A specific cutoff date is set, up to which the points are calculated, and once completed, the results are shared via email.
In short, the arcade email shows points as of a specific date. Regarding chat support, they provide your current arcade points accurately.
Alternatively, you can use the ArcadeCalc website to calculate your points.
