Issues with Arcade Facilitator Program by Google Cloud - LABs

Hi,

We need some directions from Arcade Facilitator Program by Google Cloud -POC, We are facing the following issues, when we work on LABs.

1) Some of the LAB notes/steps throwing errors and not able to get Gemini's to answers those

2) After completing the steps clicking progress not updating correctly and lab remain incomplete status. These labs completion not getting updated in my account dashboard/badges.

We spent hours, but we are not able to complete these by 6/2/2025.

 

What we can do in this situation?

There are 85+ SBs on the GCSB and if you face any error in any particular lab then you must have to report the issue with the qwiklabs support.
If issue continues you have to switch the SB and do other SBs to achieve your milestone.

Thanks . What do you mea by SB, GCSB ? I have the LABs shows as 70%, 80% complete due to issues like not updating progess. There are sitting as incomplete tasks, so I cannot claim credit for it. How do I resolve these ?

Please reach out to support to find out when the lab will be back online. The downtime can vary from just a day to a full week, so stay tuned for updates. In the meantime, consider exploring other badges or games to collect more points.

The only course of action we can take is to contact support and wait for the lab to resume. Your progress will remain at 70% or 80% during this time regardless.

Thanks . It is not making sense. This is what support said:
 
"the lab is working as designed and there is no technical fault from our end, we’re unfortunately unable to return the credits used for your previous attempts. Please know that if there had been any issue on our side, we would absolutely have made arrangements to credit you accordingly."
 
We supported the issue with screenshot and text error message. What do they see those for in your KB?
 
Why is not enough to determine that was not working as desired at that time /steps?
 
Many things can happen, when we change time/geography location etc. You know better about this . Something is not right.
 
These issues popping up many of our Lab exercises and causing frustration .

I understand that this situation may be frustrating. However, if you had planned everything in advance, you could have completed the extra badges beforehand. Regarding the credits, we received 609 credits for the facilitator program, which allows us to earn around 50+ badges, even if we repeat several labs. Additionally, I had to restart some labs due to issues with either resources or checking my progress. I also was unable to complete the Work Play Meet in February due to a technical ssue. 

P.S. Always account for some extra credits and lab limits. If you need more credits, just ask or reply to a post offering to share credits.
