- DO NOT SHARE screenshots of the Prize Counter mail with unique order links.
- Keep your mail private to avoid others using your link.
- No panic if the website crashes or loads slow – expected due to high traffic. Swags won't run out!
- If you see a "Error establishing a database connection" – don't worry! Temporary server overload due to high traffic. Try again later.

Mobile Number FAQ:
- Outside India: Include country code before phone number.
- In India: Adding +91 is optional. Enter 10-digit mobile number.

- Counter out on July 16th around 2 PM.
- Check guides and FAQs for more info.

My email id is of college and the domain of our college is down since yesterday. Will I receive my mail after it get back on track. (at now not any single mail could be sent on my email bcz it shows "invalid domain". 

@Yugali please response its my all hardwork since I was at legend tier.

You will get on time...However the traffic on the redeem site is to high which makes it difficult to redeem at the moment.

Just keep checking primary,spam, promotion in mail.
