You will receive credits once you are done subscribing for the arcade and then creating an account on Google cloud skills boost. You will receive an email from Google arcade team to claim the credits.

OMG!! What I see Qwiklabs Trivia Badge is now a part of challenge but it contains 16 Labs😶‍🌫️

Instead of this, 4 Weekly Trivia Badges should introduced so we may snag 4 points NOT ONLY ONE after completing so difficult 16 Labs in a Trivia badge😭

Actually, 12 labs and 4 trivias total. I just finished Week 1. So it might not be so bad, unless there's a lab that prevents you from completing the badge.
