Can someone please tell me if i start trivia now then will i be able to access all labs and quizzes? i am already enrolled but couldn't work on it timely, so please let me know asap

No , it is not possible as the quiz based labs (week ones)  remains open for a short & specified duration

Nope because labs are locked so best way is to start from feb trivia
