January trivia no-cost access to labs code

Hi,
I have received a mail of Arcade Insider which states that I can access trivia labs with no-cost using a code which I need to claim and enroll in the Quest. Below is the SS of the mail:

 The code is valid for 72 hours. But below are the few questions for the same:
1. I have already enrolled in the quest. So, am I eligible to claim the code?
2. After redemption, I still get the screen while starting the lab stating from where should the credits being debited?

Also, I tried to un-enroll from the quest and try to claim the code, but after submitting the code, I am not being enrolled in the quest. I still see the button to enroll in the quest.

If anyone have the information, can you please show some lights on this?

this mail is just to provide some credits to complete the Jan Trivia labs. You can use that unique code to enroll in the lab even if you already enrolled. It doesn't mean that you got the the complete lab access with no cost( means without no credit)

Kirtanc25, if you have used the personalized code, that was emailed to you, you should have received 20 credits for Jan Trivia. Click on enroll and check whether you got the credits under subscriptions and credits. Let us know whether you see the credits or not.

Yes, I received it on 5th Jan, one day after I applied the code.
