KYC Required for Your Google Arcade 2024 Prize Shipment - Email from Printose

Finally got email about Google Arcade Swag (Jan-July), it says that it is ready for dispatching to your destination but in order to proceed with the delivery, we kindly require the following KYC (Know Your Customer) details to ensure smooth customs clearance. 

Anyone else got this? This is safe right? I've never done this before

If you are outside India, then you must give the KYC for customs clearance ofcourse it's safe, that's how you import or bring goods from abroad, best if you have TAX ID, to request reimbursement or to get lower tax fee

Either printo/whitesquare will bear mail them regarding it they will manage
with the courier.

it depends honestly sometimes the custom charge the tax fee especially if the package stored on their storage first, when the courier late for handling the package

Hi, my swag was returned to shipper by Indian customs, is there any suggestion about what I need to do to get it shipped, kind of disappointing development after waiting 3-4 months.....
