Learn to Earn level 3 problem

I registered for learn to earn program 2 days ago, but at that time I was unable to register in level 3 as it got closed. So in these two days I completed level 1 and level 2, as far as I know this will be valid till 31st only so are level 3 slots gonna open again? P.S  I really really want that hoodie.
