Hello,
Thanks a lot for conducting for such a great series of labs and learning opportunities.

I am supposed to get an email for swags and the FAQ section mentions by 31st March 2022. But from few sources discovered that the last date to fill the form is 15th February 2022. I contacted the service team and getting all sort of vague responses and was communicated that email might be in spam. 

This is very unlikely that such an important email and from such reputed sources ends up in spam folder were as most of us are using Gmail.

The service team is continuously sharing expired links and this is very unfortunate scenario for such a great community to send emails to spam and the link expiring 45 days before the contact date mentioned in the FAQ section. It has been 3-4 days I have been continuously following with the service team and not getting any fruitful response.

When will I get the prize?

If you earn all three game badges, you’ll be contacted by March 31, 2022 with details to claim your prize, while prize supplies last. 

Hope all these information might help the concerned team to look in to it.

The swag emails are dispatched in large batches which may sometimes be flagged as spam.

You should drop an email to Qwiklabs support team instead of using Chat support.

I have already reached out to them and trying to communicate for past 3-4 days but every time they are mentioning that the mail must in the spam folder and to use that link. But the link has already expired and not getting any further support now after raising that expired link question.

Same Problem!

My email also came under Spam folder, so I missed it. Now the link has expired (as the last date to claim was 15 Feb).

I don't know what to do and Support team also not responding.😢

No they did not provide any new link, and mentioned that no extension will be given.
Once we miss it there is no support for it.
Even google community emails are coming in spam folder.

In short they said Better luck next time!
