Not sure where your doubts come from, but 10 points collected through Arcade games (like completing all games this month) is a safe bet.

The score should be 11. It's better to have a +1 point than the reaching points, so that it should not create any issue to redeem the highest milestone.

i had done 10 arcades point by doing all tasks of this month. no more tasks to get points so i quit ,if i got swags fine otherwise i am ok atleast got some experience

But, you will get more task in next month. And don't worry about the points, you still get the standard milestone.

Unused Arcade points expire after 6 months. For me, this translates to points being usable within a single redemption window. If you have 10 points confirmed (e.g. via the monthly Arcade Insider newsletter), you have reached the standard milestone. An 11th point will just expire.

You will get all three swags of standard milestone, if you able to earn 10 arcade points, rest will be unused. (i.e. if your arcade points  < 25)
