I want to know that if I complete all the milestones then Will I receive all 4 milestones swags or only 4th Ultimate milestone swags

You will receive only the swags of the milestone that you've recently crossed. So, in your context, you shall receive only the swags of 4th Ultimate milestone.

P.S: These milestones and criteria are subject to change anytime before the Prize Counter Opens.
