Dear Google Cloud Team,
I have completed all the required tasks and labs under the recent Google Cloud Arcade – Cloud Facilitator Program, yet I have not received the 600 credits promised. Additionally, I did not receive the 100 credits from the Generative AI event, despite participating and fulfilling all necessary steps.
I have already raised multiple support requests, but there has been no resolution so far.
From my Cloud Skills Boost public profile, it's clearly visible that I have completed all the required labs and pathways. I need these credits urgently to complete the final set of labs needed to achieve the Arcade Legend Tier. This is the result of months of consistent effort, and I sincerely request you to manually add/share the missing credits if necessary.
Please look into this matter on priority. I genuinely hope my hard work doesn’t go unrewarded due to a technical issue.
