Missing Item In Cart [Google Cloud H1 Jacket - Premium + Tier-Large]

I would like to bring to your attention an issue I encountered while redeeming my 27 points in the arcade program.

During the checkout process, I added a Google Cloud H1 Jacket - Premium + Tier-Large (25 points) and also made a donation to Support for PRATHAM (1 point).

However, after entering the delivery details, I noticed that only the donation is listed in the cart, while the Jacket [Large] is not showing.
