Missing Points for Completed Courses in Arcade

Hi everyone!

I recently completed all the courses in the Arcade, but I noticed I haven’t been awarded 4 points in total. Specifically, I completed Webhook Fundamentals on October 26, 2024 (EDT), which was prior to joining the Arcade challenge.

Could someone clarify:

  1. Is it correct that I didn’t receive points because the course was completed earlier?
  2. Or is 4 points the maximum that can be earned across all courses(0.5*8=4 because I thought I would get 0.5*7+4~7).?

You will only earn Arcade points for courses completed between November 19 and December 03. Courses completed outside this timeframe will not be counted, and any SBs completed during this period will also not be considered.

According to your profile, you have completed 7 courses, earning you 3 points, and 25 SBs, which will earn you 12 points.

If you are subscribed to Arcade, you will also receive the Insider mail, which awards 15 points.

If you seen this line "Thank you for subscribing!" right after subscribing to Arcade (ss attached) then you have subscribed to Arcade.

1. According to the Rules of the Classroom, any course completed outside of the time frame Nov 19-Dec 3 will not award points. They don't say anything about retaking the quizzes though so why don't you try that?
2. 4 points are the maximum. 

It only counts if you did it from Nov 19 to Dec 03; before or after will not count.

I think you will only get 3 arcade points, as it is mentioned that 1 arcade point is for every 2 courses .... You have 27 arcade points so try to get 3 points, as you will eligible for advanced milestone... You can get 3 points by completing 6 skill badges...

I tried to subscribe. It worked only with vpn and even then there was no letter. (Not in spam either) Is there any way to find out if I'm signed? And can I get 15 points?
