My level 3 badge is not showing even though I have completed the level.

I would also like to know if and when will I receive the email for completion and swags.

As far I can see that you have completed all labs in the game I would request you to check your public profile and report me thatyou havegotthe badge or not 

if you don't know how to make public  profile and check your badges check here Making public profile (qwiklabs) 

Note - It  takes 24to48 hrs to update
