No Conformation Mail from Arcade Team on my Subscription

I have Subscribed to Arcade by providing Email: (PII Removed by Staff)
But I haven't received any conformation for like You have registered for Arcade but instead i am able to see that i am subscribed to Arcade when I try to subscribe again in the arcade portal.
I cant understand why, If possible provide me a solution.

check spam also  you wil get email before prize counter opens with points tracker
