Not able to open Lab in cloud arcade game techcare

Please help me resolve as my 2 arcade points are being on hold due to this

After you click on start ,when above message is displayed like "Provisioning lab resources" , just wait for some time it will open after some time, Some labs take time as they allocate resources in the background..

In this challenge lab, every time new challenge Tasks are allocated , As per my observation from 13 Tasks , 4 tasks are randomly allocated. 

Please complete this Arcade Techcare badge on priority, as 17th Apr 25 is last date to complete.

If you see only Provisioning lab resources then wait for the time written like 2-3 minutes and it will start automatically but of you face lab failed red error then wait for 1-2 days lab is having issues and it will be resolved soon try to do lab after 1 day.
