Not received arcade swags mail

Hey team , i have done everything according to the instruction for milestones but still i didnt get my swags ordering mail.

The conditions to get the Dec 2024 prize counter mails are:
1. Subscribe to Arcade.
2. Must have at least 15 points.

If you have done above mentioned conditions then you have also received the final Arcade Insider mail. If yes, then check spam and other folders of your mail.
