Order Confirmation not Received

I was able to place the order from the prize counter but I haven't received a confirmation mail for this.

when the prize counter close then u will receive confirmation mail.

In case of WhiteSquare International (Premium Plus / Champions milestone), the confirmation mails are not yet sent. However the confirmation mails are already shared by Printo if you ordered Standard / Advanced/ Premium milestone swags. If you don't get any mail (check your spam, promotions and other folders, make sure it's nowhere), even after the prize counter is closed, then you may contact the support team.

For now, please wait for about a day or two, and keep note of your order ID, at least till your prizes are delivered successfully. If you have not received any order ID / details then I'd recommend you to contact immediately. The order ID is more important than the mail.

You will get once prize counter closes don't worry if you have order not your order has been sucessfully placed now you need not to worry.
