Passed the GCP certification exam but have not received the certification from google

Hi,

    I passed the Google Associated Cloud Engineer exam on May 20 but received an email from google and said they will need 7~10 days to review but now it is June 2, I have not received any feedback from them.   I followed the help center link to send an email but still not received any feedback. And there is no phone number to contact but only email address.  What should I do next?

Does anyone know a contact (phone number) for Google Cloud Certification issues?  thanks..
