You're not alone. I've ordered a backpack and status same for me. They say that it will take 6-8 weeks.

Technically 8th week is last week of this month or first week of March. So, we'll get an update soon.

When your order is shipped towards your address then they gives you a order id and link.

Same for me also, I have ordered a T-shirt and a Beach Bag,  but it is still showing order was placed. I have seen most of the swags that have the lowest arcade points are receiving still now. I hope it will be updated soon.
