Has anyone actually got a reply from Printose if you email them? I haven't received the swag for the last season, and it's already almost the end of April, but they just don't respond to emails.
Yes, some of friends yet to receive swags especially "Advance" swags. they have replied mentioning "We are actively following up on this , We will keep you posted with any further updates as soon as we have them .
