Prize Counter Glitched my points, Whyyy??

What just happened with me I had 60 points, But for prize counter, I recieved a mail for premium milestone it says I have accumulated 49 points, previously I have recieved the mail for 60 points for the july month, how did this all happened? @Yugali @Savvy This is the end of june mail, which clearly says 60 points, that is premium plus milestone!This is the prize counter mail, which says 49 arcade points!

I have same problem too. 
from 49 points but got 27 points in prize counter email. 
Can someone explains ?

I think, may be you have completed your skills badge of updated version after 31st of December and the old version you have completed before the 1st of January. That's why, it's showing this counts.

Arcade mail counts - All the badges you get within the month of Jan to July (without filtering the skill badges).

 Nahh, see this mail that i received in july, it specifically mentions 60 points for jan to june arcade

I have the same problem
I got 70 points by calculation, but only 56 points by email...

To resolve the issue with your points, send an email to support@qwiklabs.com. They will be able to sort out the discrepancy for you.
