Prize Counter Link Issue

I got an a mail to claim Prize, but mail does not have any link to claim the prize, All though it has Unique code, I still tried to replace the code at the end in printo https://se.printo.in/g/____________

but Still its not Working.

Also I'm have 30 points and checked too,, but in mail its showing only 29 points..

Or if someone else have your mail I'd they might have claimed them that's why.

Yeaa Point Reduction needs to be cleared by Google Cloud's Side.
