Prize Counter Mail Problem

Congratulations to all who have received the Prize Counter mail, hope all of you have claimed your favorite swags.

But for those who havent' recevied any mail yet please recheck the followings - 

1 - Sign in to your Google Cloud Skill Boost profile - Google Cloud Skills Boost and then click your profile picture and click on settings, scroll down while staying in General tab and check both of them or atleast the second option Opt me in for extended time accomodations when applicable is checked.

2 - Recheck that have you activated Arcade for your account. You can recheck that by simply opening Gmail and searching for a mail from the Qwiklabs team(this email -Support@qwiklabs.com) with a subject Thanks for activating the Arcade!.

3 - If you have done both of the above then please mail to Support@qwiklabs.com with the screenshot attached and tell your problem there.

Hope everyone's issue gets resolved asap!!

Still many didn't get.

That's why I posted, I saw many comments regarding this in many different posts so that's why I posted all the possible reasons as a post so that they could find it in single place.

Hope if there is a problem from Qwiklabs side they will resolve that, but if it is a problem from the participants side then the chances might be low as they have mentioned like thousand times to Activate Arcade or Opt in ..
