As Today when Prize counter for the Arcade 2023 released . I was very Disappointed from that as Got my desired Items out of stock as soon as it opens
Do we getting this good response from your chat support (we escalated the issue , we have a dedicated team, we are looking into matter and all this??
Think about us we worked for 6 months to get this result ? someone is getting 4 less points some are getting 5 less ?
And also After the link received in early morning as of around 6:00 AM IST. and some of us received the code mail only that time and the points mail after 3-4 hours as of 9-10 AM and when checking the claimable items on the link it shows most of the good Items as unavailable think from our side as we worked day & night for some swags and at the end we are getting this kind of response from your team
In a nutshell I request you to restock the items and restore the points which are less from our mails
otherwise we will be demotivated and we will not be participating in the further cloud events
