Query Regarding Redeeming swags

Hi @Yugali ! I hope this message finds you well. I am not able to order the swags even after receiving the swags mail with the unique link. When I am trying to click on the link it is showing "This site can't be reached" . I have tried to access it through my laptop and my phone as well. Kindly help me.

Due to heavy traffic you might not be able to access the website. Try in incognito mode.

Try using site early in the morning. I got it around 8 am today. Peak hours, the site is crashing.
