I have completed these batech when the program started ,

but still I haven't got swags emails.

I am sure that there will be some misconception in your database, kindly verify my profile and send my swags as soon as possible.

The swag ordering was given first in order of badges, then date of completion, so if you had completed 3 badges on 2 October, someone who had completed 3 on 13 September or 20 September would have taken precedence over you.

Also check your promotion/spam/ trash  section of mail 

with sender's name Emily
