Query regarding eligibility for voucher after completing Cloud Partner Kickstart program

Dear Google Cloud team,

I have recently completed the Cloud Partner Kickstart program and have earned all the badges associated with it. However, I received an email stating that my email ID is not associated with any Google Cloud partner organizations, and I am unsure whether I am eligible for the voucher or not.

For your reference, my email ID is <PII removed by staff>.

I was initially part of an organization when I started the program, but I left later on and used my personal email ID for registration. Can you please clarify whether I am still eligible for the voucher or if there is any other information I need to provide?

Hello Nihal,

You have to be affiliated with a company who is currently a Partner, and
whose domain is whitelisted in the system. Only then, you will
automatically receive the voucher at your company.com emai address.

You can take exams or register for it with your personal account. But as
per the rules of the Partner kick-start program, vouchers are only provided
to domain accounts not with @gmail accounts.

I suggest you reach out to your previous company's training manager or
technical lead.

Hi @tamzidhussainkh , what about if you change companies. Can you use the voucher at your new employers email?
