I am having the same issue. I've chatted with a rep twice now who told me they would have to fix it on their end and would reach out. I still haven't heard from anyone.

What are your troubles exactly madam? Is it the whole Quest that is not working, or a particular lab? Everything is well from my end. Please clear your browser caches and cookies, try a different browser in an Incognito Window, and you can also unenroll from the Quest and Enroll again. These are basic troubleshooting steps.
