Hi All, 

Currently I am gold rank in Google Quiklabs, and I was wondering if I reach diamond level, will I have rank in the top section every 10 days to make sure I don't get demoted. Or is it the same as gold rank, where it doesn't demote you for being inactive?

if you do not do any labs, you will stay at your current level without being ranked. I am not sure if there is any tangible benefit to being at gold/diamond etc levels. To me personally, it seems like a vanity trinket.

Indeed, no benefit at all, besides tickling one's ego.
