Qwiklabs Chat support issues

Hello Google Team @carrie @Yugali and others,

Off late I am not getting proper solutions for issues faced in labs. Whenever any issue query is raised in chat either they give standard response of clear cache ,use incognito these things or tell that they will come back later over email. If I do not get a proper resolution from chat support at that instance, then what is the point of having chat support in the first place. This is still fine for the game labs but the trivia or quest labs, this means wastage of credits. Everytime I raise issue they say we will get back to you over email and then over email they say lab is working fine. The point is not whether it is working fine now but it was not when I attempted and I shared the snapshots as well showing that I followed all steps. Atleast they should refund those credits when it is causing issues out of our control. 

Is there any solution for these kind of problems
