Qwiklabs - Cloud Run tasks stuck at "Loading Web View"

I am experiencing issues with Cloud Run tasks in the following labs:

1. "MongoDB Atlas with Natural Language API and Cloud Run"
2. "#GoogleClout Set 10 (9/10) - Google Clout - Trigger a Cloud Run Workflow"

Issue: Deploy to Cloud Run screen gets stuck at "Loading Web View" until the time runs out.

I have tried to attempt these labs multiple times on different days, still the same issue persists. Please advise.
