Criteria for being a Facilitator and Co-Facilitator

Hey fellow community members! 👋 I'm reaching out for some advice on the Google Cloud Arcade Facilitator program for Cohort 2 (Aug-Sep 2025). I've filled out the form, but I'd love to know more about the selection process. I have:

- Strong networking skills
- 9k+ followers on Instagram
- Experience in teaching and promoting cloud technologies
- A strong passion for empowering students in the Google Cloud Arcade program

Can anyone share insights on what skills or qualities are prioritized? What can I do to boost my chances?
