Qwiklabs session not working as described ?

Thank you for looking over my threads.

I attended a qwiklabs  session as part of my cloud learning. The instructions provided in the notes are generating

For example, it requested that I select a zone, but the preferred zone is not displaying the machine type mentioned in the notes. The steps were unsuccessful. I could not finish my lab session.

All my lab credits have been used up. Is it possible for me to recover those credits?

What options are available for me to obtain tokens to finish my labs?
