What is this happening?

I reported a case for the error that I got, while performing the 'MongoDB Atlas with Natural Language API and Cloud Run' lab and the task was 'Deploy to Cloud Run'. They listened to the case yesterday even, and today also, but this time the support assistant just left the chat upon hearing the issue.
