Hello. So I am having an issue with Qwiklabs. I am currently enrolled in the Google IT Support course. For one the graded assessments at the end of the week I was having issues with my laptop. So I ended the lab a number of times thinking it was a connectivity issue. Then I decide to restart my laptop and noticed there was an update. Then I realized why I was having an issue. So I restarted my laptop and once it rebooted it, I tried to get back to the assessment. When I tried to start the lab it said I had exceeded my quota. I tried again today and it still is telling me the same thing. Is there anyway to get in touch with someone to have them reset it so I can continue? I reported the issue but I'm thinking it isn't enough. Thank you!

When you are on qwiklabs, there's a question mark ️ at right side top of the screen, click on and go for chat support. 

Ask them to increase you quota on that particular lab, by copy-pasting the lab name in chat section and they will do the job within a couple of minutes and then you are good to go.
