REFERENCE ROWS

In this app I register who was working head of Day Shift and who was for night shift. Now after entering data for about a month I have problem in viewing related rows of One particular Engineer together as it is displaying it in two categories as my coloumn names, Is there a way for me to see the referenced rows all together both day shift work and night shift work? Can anyone please help? @TeeSee1

Is your data collected on one table or is it spread across multiple tables? You can always create a "data" slice of the table you're looking reference and set it to show the cells wish. The you can set you UX according to that slice. You can also use the Show If but you would need some kind of true/false. 

Hope that helps somewhat
