Received a damaged product as my swag

Hi, I just have received my swags for the previous season of arcade (jan-july 2024) this time very soon which is great but the product (The Desk Collective) that i got is damaged as it's writing pad is not working (not clearing after writing) pic is attached.

I have tried many times pressing the button beside the writing pad but it is not working. Doesn't expected this from google 😐

Please guide what should I do in this case ? Any help is appreciated..

Bro this is not damaged  product it is working fine just plug it with usb and power it via charger or powerbank or pc and click on the power button just below the google cloud logo it will be cleaned .

Hope it helps

Also note it is just a normal writing pad it cannot be used with mobile or pc
