Received defective swags

I have received a defective swags of THE GOOGLE CLOUD ARCADE CHAMPIONS MILESTONE PACKAGE. Now how can I replace it please help me as soon as possible

First of all record a video of the box just like unboxing video secondly
make video of defective swag for which you want to issue replacement then
mail the video to
support@whitesquarein.com
whitesquarein support and after inspection they will issue replacement .
