Received swags but broken..

So today I received my swags of the July-Dec 2024 cohort.

Actually I got a premium milestone, and it also included a laptop stand. It was very sad to see that one part of the laptop stand was broken. Well, it is not a big deal, because I fixed it.

Still, I did not expect this from the Printose, they should deliver the swags carefully. This is a matter of concern, because electronic gadgets are also going to be delivered to some people.

Overall, the purpose of my posting is that when you get your swags, take a good look at them to see if anything is broken, otherwise you must complain on the Printose email.

I've never received any reply from Printose to my email.

1.) They never update tracking info on their site. Even after delivering swags, their site shows its processing for years.

2) Being google partner for long time for delivering swags, someone from google/partners has to update their software/technology.

3) Packaging needs improvement, as any swags they will keep inside bag and they fold bag to the size of swags inside and tape it .

I am not faulting Printose as they might have limited budget.

I hope by next prize counter (June 25), better software will be available, so Google arcade users will save time.
