Refreshing or loading cloudskillsboost page initiate a download

Hi,

Has anyone encountered this issue?

When I try to load/refresh cloudskillsboost page for any training, it initiates a download of that page. This does not happen always, rather randomly and mostly with chrome browser. I have seen this happening with Edge browser as well. 

For example, at  this time of reporting, if I load this page (https://www.cloudskillsboost.google/quests/334), it initiate a download in Chrome but works as expected in Edge.

Any suggestion?

The same happens to me today. Nothing works and everytime i press any button e.g. refresh it downloads a file and nothing happens.

Anyone has faces such issue ? any suggestion ?

I couldn't find any solution other than it might be related to enforced browser restriction for my organization. 
I started using Firefox instead and even though I encountered this, it did not happen that often!
