Regarding Not delivering my Champion milestone swags

I ordered my Champion milestone swags and it came to Ahmedabad from Delhi. And now the swags returning to Delhi without delivering to my address.

What should I Do now ?

And why this happens , Can anyone help me ?

After swags picked by Courier vendor, Whitesquare immediately sends mail to your mail id and SMS to mobile.

After reaching to your location, once out for delivery, immediately you receive mail and SMS. In SMS you clearly have delivery person name and code.

Please analyze from above where is the Gap. Try contacting courier vendor (in my case it is "eKart")

I also suggest explaining your case with order id to support@whitesquarein.com

Did you received courier tracking no, what is courier name, Did you contact courier vendor?

Are you out of station? what is the reason courier vendor is unable to deliver to you. This information is only to understand reason behind why swags are going back.

As you mailed to support wait for reply mail. Be calm...

@Shailesh_27 , I had the exact same issue. I contacted WhiteSquare, and they informed me that once they receive the package back, they will resend it using a different courier service. In my case, the package was stuck at the destination hub for more than a week, so they decided to call it back and resend it through another service.
