Will I get a point of ANY KIND OF BADGE I EARN and redeem a swag when the counter opens, or is it that I can get/redeem points for only those badges I earn that are mentioned in the Arcade list?

you will points on the basis of badges mentioned on the arcade badge --
not on the basis of badges u have on ur profile

Only those badges will be counted for Arcade points that are mentioned on their website, no other badges will be counted. Have fun earning badges 😉
