Regarding google arcade facilitator and arcade

Hello,

I am playing arcade games using my one of the google cloud skill account and when i register to arcade facilitator i was advised to make a new google cloud skill account, so whats regarding my points, if i complete it within arcacade facilitator account will it count for my normal arcade account as well

The Arcade points are counted per Skillsboost account, so by creating a new one, you will be seen as two independent Arcade players. But you do not have to create a new account. Just doing so will allow you to redo previously completed skills badges and consequently accumulate more Arcade points. If you do not care about it or have completed very few skills badges, you may use your current Skillsboost account. 

Btw, the Facilitator program seems to be full ATM and does not accept any new users.
