I want to enroll in the arcade game for the upcoming August to December program 2024 but it is showing registration closed, how can I enroll in it

You can "enroll" for the Arcade no problem, just enter your email address on the Arcade page and hit the "Subscribe" button.

Unless you mean the Facilitator program (it's not clear from your message), then it's already too late for this season, the enrolment is already closed, you will need to wait for the next season.

Can I play arcade games without being part of the facilitator program (As registration was closed ), earn points, and claim the swags this season?

The registrations are closed only for Facilitator Program only you can participate in Normal Arcade Games without participating in Facilitator Program anytime during July 22, 2024 to Dec, 2024. All you have to do is to subscribe to the Arcade Page (Arcade) and then you can start doing your skill badge or games badges.
