SSO'ing Issue while scheduling GCP PCA exam

I am trying to Schedule/Register an Online/Remote Proctor GCP PCA Exam. I have voucher which i got it through get certified program. After clicking "Access WebAssessor"  , the following issue occurs but I have provided my details(My state and zip/postal code) correctly in the profile. Should I give my postal code or the postal code of nearest testing center.. Can anyone send a sample photo of how a correct one would look like..?
