Skill Badge not count

May I know why I am not getting skill badge points? Because the mail that came on 27th April from Arcade Insider did not count the skill badge. Also, I have a monthly subscription. And I am doing this arcade program from January 2023. This account is not part of the Arcade facilitator program. @Lauren_vdv @Yugali @carrie @Abhishek213
