Slots for Level 2 and Level 3

I have sucessully completed the Level 1 of Google Learn to earn Challenge.

Now when will the new slots for Level 2 and 3 open? and through Google learning i have learnt to create a new website too.

As far my guessing you should got problem while opening prisma cloud, if i am right then you should use https:// rather than http:// protocol.
