I am currently trying to complete a lab as per my course. However when logging in getting the following error 

Sorry, Cloud Monitoring: Qwik Start is currently unavailable.

I have tried different browsers, Incognito mode, and waited 24 hours but still getting the same issue.

Please can this be investigated?
